Summit Networks Inc. is undertaking a comprehensive digital transformation initiative in collaboration with its wholly owned subsidiary, SUMNET Networks, Inc., a Canadian corporation. This transformation is aimed at improving operational efficiency, ensuring regulatory compliance, and strengthening market positioning. The first phase involves integrating legal, financial, and operational documents into a secure digital repository, covering financial statements, SEC filings, regulatory reports, contracts, board resolutions, and operational policies.

Additionally, the company plans to automate workflows for board approvals, financial reporting, and internal communications. A cloud-based platform will also be established to enable real-time data sharing and multi-location collaboration. This project, with a cost of $50,000 shared between the parent company (60%) and the subsidiary (40%), is set to position Summit Networks as a leader in modern technology adoption, enhancing compliance and efficiency to support core business operations and revenue objectives starting in 2025. The transformation is scheduled for completion by December 31, 2024​
